Safety Induction and Training Animation
Show the hazard without putting anyone near it. Animation lets you demonstrate what must never happen on site.
An animated safety induction video costs from RM3,500 for a 60 second piece and scales with the number of procedures covered. Animation is used instead of live filming because you can show an accident, a confined space or a machine failure without staging it, and because updating one step later does not mean reshooting the whole video.
Show what you cannot film
Falls, fires, confined space and machine entrapment, demonstrated safely.
Update one step, not the film
A procedure changes, we edit that scene. Live footage would need a reshoot.
Malay and English
One video, two language versions, same visuals.
Consistent every time
New intake gets the same briefing quality whether it is January or December.
Where safety animation is used
New staff induction
The same briefing delivered to every intake, in both languages, without pulling a supervisor off the floor.
Contractor and visitor briefing
Short induction played at the gate or sent as a link before a site visit.
Machine and SOP training
Step by step operation shown from angles a camera cannot reach, including inside the machine.
Emergency response
Evacuation routes, assembly points and fire response, modelled on the actual building layout.
Audit and compliance records
A consistent training asset that can be shown during audits as evidence of briefing.
Toolbox talks
Short clips used at daily briefings instead of repeating the same verbal reminders.
What safety video costs
| Package | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Single procedure | From RM3,500 | One procedure or message, 60 to 90 seconds, generic environment. |
| Custom site build | From RM6,000 | Your actual layout, machines or building modelled in 3D. |
| Series | Quoted | Multiple modules sharing one character and environment set, priced per module. |
Scope is driven by the number of procedures and whether the environment has to be modelled to match your actual site. Send a short brief for a fixed quote.
How we build a safety video
Procedure walkthrough
You send the SOP or we sit with your safety officer. Accuracy comes before visuals.
Script and storyboard
Each step is written, then drawn, and signed off by the person responsible for the SOP.
3D animation
Environment, characters and hazards built and animated, with voice over in Malay or English.
Delivery and updates
Final file for LMS, induction room or WhatsApp. Later edits are scoped per scene.
Built with the people who own the SOP
- Full 3D pipeline in-house: design, modelling, animation and sound
- We produced a 104 episode original series, so consistency over a long job is routine here
- Fixed price packages published upfront
- Weekly progress reports and review sessions
- MSC status company, incorporated 2013, based in Shah Alam
Frequently asked questions
Why use animation instead of filming a safety video?
You can show an injury or a machine failure without staging it, you do not need to stop production to film, and a procedure change later means editing one scene instead of a reshoot.
How much does a safety induction video cost?
From RM3,500 for a single procedure. Videos that model your actual site or machines start around RM6,000.
Can you match our actual factory layout?
Yes. We can build the floor, machines and signage to match your site, from drawings or photos.
Do you provide Malay and English versions?
Yes. Both are common for us and share the same visuals, so the second language costs much less than the first.
How long should a safety video be?
Most induction videos run 3 to 6 minutes. If a topic needs longer, splitting it into modules keeps attention.
Can the video be used in our LMS?
Yes. We deliver standard MP4 that works in any LMS, plus smaller versions for mobile.
Who checks the content is correct?
Your safety officer signs off the script and storyboard before animation starts. We do not publish a procedure that nobody internal has approved.
Can you update the video when a procedure changes?
Yes. Edits are quoted per scene, which is much cheaper than producing a new video.
